• Advance Project Finance Course at EFISA Bank, Portugal
• Planning System and Advance market regulation and financial products
• Tariff design for electricity sector industry (infrastructure and retail business)
Professional Experience
Member of the Board of Directors of Electricidade de Moçambique, EP, and responsible for the following areas in the portfolio: Electrification Project and Planning System, Market Operator, Business Development and Corporate Performance Unit.
Mr Yum has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry sector and has held the following positions:
• 1995 - 1998 – Commercial Director of EDM
• 1999 - 2002 – Advisor for the Market Operator Directorate
• 2011 - 2013 - Director of the Business Development Directorate for the medium and large scale generation and transmission in EDM, namely the Mozambique Regional Transmission Backbone, Mphanda Nkuwa, Ressano Garcia, Moatize, Ncondezi, Alto Malema Projects.

• Coordinator for the development of the 175 MW-Thermal Power Plant of Ressano Garcia, with an investment of 280 MUSD in PPP and the funding project of the legal and financial structure;
